One way to approach this is to use a Blog to write articles.
Word Press http://wordpress.com/
has free accounts, you could setup and write an article that won't be traced back to you.

You could also send an email to the Feds, because this is a Federal Offense (IRS Felony, very serious). At a minimum they will lose their real estate license.

good luck

Storage is shipped around the more than a few servers that you just contact while you hit the web. The belongings you see if you happen to talk over with a institution is on that institution's server. The belongings you see if you happen to talk over with a earnings web page is on that earnings organization's server. The belongings you see while you talk over with a public carrier web page is on that carrier organization's server. The belongings you see if you happen to talk over with the general public pages for any U.S. Government web sites are on govt computer systems. The references that you just use to do searches are so much shorter records at the computer systems that help the searches - like Yahoo, Google, Ask, and many others. Each has their possess seek engine pc with a humongous set of disks maintaining quick paragraphs and hyperlinks to the matching web sites. No one pc holds greater than a miniscule fraction of the knowledge at the Internet. I'd be extraordinarily amazed to discover any person method maintaining greater than zero.0001 % of the complete quantity of knowledge you'll be able to discover at the Internet.

You can always report them to the Better Business Bureau by going to http://www.bbb.org. They help with fraud and all that stuff. I believe you can do it confidentially but i am not totally sure.
