We are all star dust, so probably yes.

This is very unlikely to happen in a distant galaxy, since each galaxy should have developed uniquely and will have its own unique set of star formation, tidal forces, planets, life etc... I've heard of this question asked about alternate universes, but never alternate galaxies.
There could, however, be an anti-you out there. That's you made entirely of anti-matter. Anti-matter is the opposite of matter, and when anti-matter touches matter, it anihilates in a violent burst of energy. So don't shake hands with the anti-you.

The Universe may be infinite, and there may be an infinite number of "Big Bangs".
If true, this leads to the disturbing conclusion that everything happens an infinite number of times, including infinite versions of you doing everything you could possibly ever do.
The reason is that our "Big Bang" Universe is finite in size, and subject to the rules of quantum mechanics. That means that the number of possible "histories of the Universe" is finite. Very, very large, but finite. In other words, every particle within our event horizon has a finite number of states, and so every possible distinguishable combination of those finite possibilities is finite. With an infinite number of "Big Bangs", all such possibilities will eventually recur an infinite number of times.

This is hard to explain. Actually there are many of each of us. I not sure if this other Galaxies or Dimensions. But, we each live in our own Universe, I will say. In my universe you and everyone here exists, Just as we each do in your Universe. But, for right now, in my universe your here on Answers. In your Universe you may be Camping. I hope you understand what I try to explain.

yes yes yes ,
but not in a distant galaxy , according to membrane theory
there exist more than one universe , and interestingly there exist parallel universes which resembles just like one another, so obliviously there exist a parallel universe similar to that of ours. due to which there exist another you and me .
it happens due to the presence of more than 4 dimensions yes i.e around 11 to 15 dimensions. we can see only just 3 dimensions but rest dimensions are moved away from us towards other dimensions and that place is known as parallel universe.

Actually, I thought of that too. My reasoning is that if the universe started out symetrically, then according to the law of conservation of energy and matter (and momentum...) then on the opposite site of the universe is my twin typing this same answer. The easy way to find out would be to go to the center of the universe because my twin would have to meet me there. That would be heavy, escpecially if we lost track of which one is which. This is only according to the Big Bang Theory though, and there's no guarantee that the universe started out symetrically.

I would say...most likely not. My reasoning is that we are not sure if life exist on other planets in the universe. but in my opinion i believe they do exist something..but i believe there is another me on earth. Do you expect the other me to look like me or have my personality? both? well i think you can find someone on earth that looks kinda like you and might act like you. Are you wondering what the other you is doing now? lol

Not distant, parallel!
I have absolutely no idea, I'll leave all that to the quantum physicists, but that would be pretty sweet.

If I ran into myself, we'd fall in stereo.
I'd make the other me get the job and go to work.

That would be AWESOME! I would team up with the other me to take over the universe. If she didn't agree to it, I would use her organs as spare parts so that I would have time to take it over myself.
-Dude, what if she has the same idea??
