I know of two addictinggames.com and shockwave.com. Shockwave's site is easier to navigate through but addicting games has more games. Shockwave also has mutiply players games so you can play with anyone all over the world.

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.
