Someone here says blacks want others to take care of them, that they want to be slaves. Is that true? Or is it that blacks/Africans don't want to be taken care of, slaves, or anything involving serving others and being served...but would rather be isolated from the rest of the world? And how would the world be different if blacks weren't present in the world today?

What " black people " really want is some respect. They would love to be treated the same way as " white people ." Simply to say, how would you like to be treated like that? Nobody does. They're is no reason it should be like it was, and no matter what your religion, color, size , class, or whatever you maybe doesn't matter , because we are all the same when it " boils down to it. "

This is such a ridiculous question. What a waste of time and energy dwelling on something posted on Y!A and used as an authorized data bank of information. People, no matter their color, want to be treated EQUALLY. That's it! How would the world be different if no one was present today? End of racism!

I'm half-cast half English and have African!
i don't want people to take care of me,
we use to be slaves and i don't think we want to be lackeys again after what the Americans did! and yes it is true!
i mean i get along with white people but the fact is there is alot of people who are racist! i mean there is still children who pick one black people cus they don't understand yet!
and i think the police are racist cus of the way they have treated my brou an what i have heard!!!
to be honest i think most people wouldn't care if we wasn't present today cus there is to much hate in the world!!

How stupid can people be. I think that black Americans want to be treated just like us. I have black friends and they have jobs,pay taxes, go to school, just like we do. I think that they want to feel like they fit in to our society. i think that we have learned a lot from the black americans, the indians, and all the other cultures that are here in americia. If we all try we can learn something from each other.

i want people to stop thinking that us blacks are horrible people!
this racism **** is going to still be around when my little sister is old enough to realize what it is, and that hurts me.
