Chocolate is a CDMA phone. You cannot use it on T-Mobile. I believe Verizon has an exclusive on it.

As for MP3's it has a miniSD card. Either use a cable or get one of those USB flash memory readers, pop in the card, copy your MP3's from your computer to it for free and away you go!

you have to pay if you download the music through your phone, and chocolate is a verizon phone, which they don't use sim card ,so you can't use it for t-mobile.both ways you have to download music either on your ipod or your chocolate, but if you get an ipod you just have to worry about how expensive the music you want to download, with your chocolate you have to pay for music and your phone bill.

If you get the unlock code for t-mobile and unlock the phone you will be able to use it with t-mobile. I recently bought a razr off of ebay and it was unlocked for t-mobile and I was able to just put my sim card into it and it worked. Yes you do have to pay to put songs.
