I gained 55 pounds with my last pregnancy and didn't feel motivated to lose weight till he was about 1 1/2 years old so you are doing great at wanting to lose now!! I tried every diet and even different diet pills to try and lose the weight and nothing really worked for me that way. I started drinking more ice water and watching what I eat and walked on my treadmill for about 20-30mins each day. Saturday was my day off and I eat what I wanted and didn't exercise on that day. By having that day off, it gave me something to look forward to during the week and work towards cause believe me when you cut down on what you eat and you know you have one day that you can let up a little you will look FORWARD to it. But actually I think the treadmill worked wonders for me, I lost the weight and toned up my legs, butt area and it helped my tummy get a little flatter. I did have to work myself up to walking the 30 mins at a time, at first I only walked about 5 mins at a time!!! Just give yourself a little time and exercise some and the weight will come off!! Yes I feel it does support seeing that I have not been healthy eating plan or exercise, however I've dedicated myself not to devour after eight:30 at night time, attempted to give up consuming chocolates, and no fried meals, and I have misplaced 31 kilos out of the forty that I received in the course of my being pregnant. My little one is four.five weeks ancient. I'm absolutely NOT healthy eating plan and commonly I must endeavor a ton with the intention to drop pounds.
