As far as manned missions go, Yes we ( America ) is the only country in the world to land men on the moon. Other countries have landed probes and stuff there, but no astronauts.

No, the Russians were on the dark side of the moon at the same time collecting the Americans Golf balls and reselling them to their golf ranges. And when the Americans left, the Russians would sneak over and turn the American flag upside down and erase their footprints.
