this sounds like opinion hidden in a question. Why dont you just start a blog?
Honestly nothing is 100 percent. It may be true, but name one country where the government can protect ALL of its citizens from war, terror, crime, poverty, hunger. cant can you. Im not asking for gaurantees, im asking for do their aboslute best.

If someone wishes to do harm to someone else it is very difficult to protect them. Look what happened to Lincoln, McKinley, Kennedy and Reagan. No one can guarantee a President's life so how can they guarantee the safety of you and I?
