I am on a monthly O2 tariff and would like to text someone in New Zealand. They sent me their mobile number via e-mail but when I try to send the message it wont go and is sent to my outbox waiting to send. What am I doing wrong?

Shouldn't be any reason why not. Double check you have entered the country code (preceded by 00 or +) correctly and have dropped the leading 0 from the mobile number they gave you. Don't forget that an international text will cost 30p not the usual 10p
