I've never heard of " insering " something, but you can insert Greek letters into Yahoo! Answers by going to START>All Programs> Accessories>and then going to system tools. Hope this helped you!

Special Character Map from Windows, good for countless different characters from many different languages, plus mathematical and others characters also. I use it so often that I put a shortcut icon on my desktop.
