Dear friend,
With all due respect, i think its time for you to retire from work and stop worrying, im sure you must be still strong enough and willing to work but I'd suggest taking some rest and spending some quality time with your family back home. Leave the job part and other such responsibilities on your children, doesn't matter if you don't have sons, daughters (even if they're married) can support the family in such a case, only if you dint mind. I hope I'm not being too personal but I'd rather suggest you to consider this option, after all everyone has an equal right to contribute in a family and share responsibilities.Well good luck in whatever you do.

You can visit www.workpermit.com for information on your query.

Good luck!!

I think u r refering to B1 visa here.

Steps
Step 1: Pay the Application Fee & Service Charge (HDFC Bank)
Step 2: Book an Appointment & Complete the Application
Forms (Online)
Step 3: Attend your Visa Interview personally
Step 4: Embassy will Return ur Passport with Visa by Courier

You need the following when u go to the embassy personally

1.Invitation letter from a company that u r visiting in US
2.Letter from ur company stating ur salary & details of ur employment
3.Last year income tax returns
4.Photographs

You need to find a company in the USA who wants to employ you and is willing to sponsor your visa. There are no H-1B visas available at the moment.
