i want to have a snow ball fight so i need enough snow for 2 forts and 100 snow balls

Where you are living there is no 'standard' amount/time given for snow. Your averages are a little too high for snow. I haven't seen any snow in the next forecasts....you might be lucky to get some dusting. Hope for a freak snowstorm, maybe? January and February seem to be your best bet. Good luck with that though. You're going to need a LOT of snow to do what you want. I'm hoping the forts are kinda small. :-)

I live in Va, and we sometimes go a winter without any snow at all. I saw the 15 day forecast, and no snow for the Dc Area. So good luck! As for me, I hate snow!, but hey, you must have loved the blizzard last year, when 5 inches of snow fell!

It'll come eventually.
You might get lucky get snow Christmas.

usually you all get most of the snow in February.
