The one domain is blank and I want to move all the pages from the other domain to the blank one. Basically, I just want to switch the domain name. Hope that makes sense.

Are you hosting your own site? If you are, you can just change the windows iis settings. If you are hosting with another company, you may need to log into one domain, download all of the files, then log into the new domain and upload them all. If they are both through the same company, contact their customer service department. They can probably help you with it.

area names are bought by ICANN, with the help of their permitted registrars. Your selections are purchase from a registrar or grow to be one. there is no third decision. (the second one decision will cost more beneficial than a house.) A "area" is only even with call you opt for registered to a particular IP handle - you do not administration IP addresses, ICANN does.
