Yes, it was easily Abraham Lincoln who caused the death of over 650,000 combatant citizens of the United States. If you include noncombatants (old men, women, and children) it was much higher.

You sound disgruntled. None of those named killed any of their citizens in war. (I might have spoken too soon-----maybe Looey cut off somebody's head)
In war, belligerents on the other side do the killing.
