Rand McNally publishes a book of maps for the U.S. and Canada, which has a listing of low over passes in the front. You can find them at most truck stops.

I don't know of maps with overpasses indicated on them. But if an overpass is below a certain height, a required sign on the road should warn anyone of its height (In New York State, I think anything under 14 feet needs signage)
