Hmmm, sharks don't have eyelids so I don't see how winking is possible. They do have protective membranes that cover their eyes when they eat to keep debris from getting in them since their eyes are very sensitive organs. If by blink, you mean the shark can cover one eye with a membrane and keep the other uncovered, then sure, I guess it's possible. But from what I know, since no fish have eyelids, they can't blink if you're defining blinking as we humans define it.

When a shark closes on its prey and takes a bite, the eyes are rolled up until only the whites show. This is done to protect the eyes from damage. The shark doesn't actually blink as creatures with eyelids do.

Hi >
I was once presented with a whole shark, ready to be cut into steaks one night in the Mid-East.
I swear the dead critter winked at me. Most disturbing.
So my answer is yes.
Bob.

They can wink, but one eye? maybe. I am not sure a puffer fish can though.
