When I try to run it. I get a screen that says save to computer or open or cancel. Tryedto open but keeps going up that screen?

You can watch a Flash Video file in the Flash Standalone Player or in any browser that has the Flash Player 9 plug-in installed.
You can get the free Flash Player plug-in here:
http://www.adobe.com/flashplayer
Once installed, just drag the FLV file to the browser and drop in the viewport. It should open and begin playing.

Actually, you can open those with your internet browser. Or, in Firefox, at least.

if you download SUPER from http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html you can convert it to just about any format.
