You need to provide the PSP with the SSID and WEP keys that you have programmed into your wireless router. The SSID is typically a name, by default it is the manufacturer of the router like Linksys or Motorola. The WEP keys are a string of hexadecimal numbers which are used to decrypt the signal. Some also can generate this string by a passphrase. If you go into your router's setup you should be able to find this information. Consult your router's manual as how to get in differs by model.
