Prioritize the length of the assignment. I would do the longest ones first, no matter what. Work down from there. For example: If you have a major essay due and you realize that it will take research, how much research do you ESTIMATE it will take, as opposed to the other 6? Save the fast, easy stuff 'til last...you'll be happier I'll bet.

Go through them and see which are fastest and easiest to do. Work on those first. That way you will see that you have less to finish. Set yourself a goal of getting three done in 2 hours. Then have 5 done in 4 hours. If you set a time limit you may be able to focus better. If you get stuck on one - change and work on a different page. Go back later and you may understand it better.

Get it done and turn it in I have had it happen to me with something that was 2 weeks late and she only took off 5 point for it being late.
