Paris-I was on a bus when we just zoomed past the L'Arc de Triomphe and my jaw dropped. I'd seen it a thousand times in books and on TV, I couldnt believe it was right in front of me. and of course the Eiffel Tower was pretty incredible too. I arrived in Paris in late evening and the whole city was lit up and sparkling-it was stunning.
and not forgetting my own beautiful country-I was in Dublin last night and the thousands of people and bright lights all the way down Grafton Street was amazing too :D
