When you fear the unknown, ask yourself "What's the worst that could happen?" If the answer is "people will laugh" then you've been fearing the wrong things (other people's opinions of you).

You can "What if" yourself right into a psycho ward if you want. You wouldn't be the first.

Or you can take responsibility for your own actions - that's the only way you'll feel pride over your own achievements. You're the only person who can make you move forward. All it takes is one single step at a time.

Life is filled with choices. We don't always make the right ones, and that's okay - that's how we know what is right for us and what's not.

The idea is that if u quit doing somthing or hold back from pursuing ur goals and dreams out of fear from 'but' 'what if' ...ect ... its true that there are all those kinds of possibilities .. but if u hold back you'll never know how would it have been if u had gone after what you want .. you'll never know for sure ... so u will miss the chance to find out .. and you'll never get things done ...
look at it like this ... without taking the risk you will never know for sure ... you can sit around and wonder how would it have been if it had worked out perfectly ? how many chances are you missing? ...
we cant say that life is full of butterflies and rainbows .. things happen and other things dont .. but true failure isnt about not succeeding ... its about not try at all ...
i suggest you should start with small things ... look for small things u fear or think about twice .. do them ... see how it feels ... and then you'll know how it feels to take risks ... the sweet feeling of challenge and the unpredictable .... its what keeps many of us alive .... makes tomorrow more worth it

I heard this thing from a woman on Oprah's xm radio station, who felt that we should go ahead and do exactly that thing which we fear. She said there was energy behind fear that aids in success. I guess you need to ask yourself, "Whats the worst thing that can happen?"

your consience dictates what you will do. so brace yourself. if your inner self tells to do a thing, you have to weigh if it will reap
a positive result or a negative one. just a matter of thingking deeply
