About a week ago, in the evening, I was walking in the busyiest road, the port connecting road. I was planning to spent some time in the internet cafe. It was close to the cafe, then I saw a old women in the side of the road sitting helplessly with her belongings! I remember my mother, who was living in Dhaka savar right at that moment. She was also alone now. I thought that she was my helpless mother! The weather is little bit cold, she is waring a dirty coat. This place - where I saw her, is some how a poose area. I noticed that no one notice her. I feel myself very helpless that I could not do any thing for her, no one is careing or awaring of her presence! I could not just explain the feeling of pain I had! On the other hand a few days ago, I was overwheelming with joy for the achievement of our country man, Dr. Mohammad Yunus for winning the Nobel Peace prize for fighting against the poverty! There are huge number of people living in the society like her! My pleasure is the winning of Noble Peace Prize of Bangladesh and my great pain is the old helpless people of the society for whom we / I could not do any real thing useful helpful meaningful!

AFL (australian football) - preseason training in stinking hot weather when you're trying to run off all the crap you ate over the holiday season. Then during the season it's cold, muddy, windy, rainy, etc the opposition hits hard, you're legs feel like lead, plus your lungs feel like they're gonna burst ----> but then you win, have a beer with your teamates, sing the team song and all is good with the world :)

I just answered another question "Who can dance?" with Me. I love dancing but several injuries have made it difficult and painful to do so. Despite this, however sometimes the music just moves me so much that I have to. I went to a wedding Friday evening and i am still suffering the consequences of dancing there.

Getting a tattoo. The pleasure is seeing the picture develop and also being able to look at it all the time, carry it with you, and remember its meaning. The pain part, is self explanitory.

Giving birth. Again, self explanitory
