People tell me I worry too much because I talk things out. Then I run around
cutting up, and they get bent out of shape when they have to wait in a line for 5 minutes!
Wouldn't it be better to talk the things out that bother us, and get past them!
Isn't this Yahoo Answers the perfect forum to get the hurt out? Since we
can't get beat up on here for expressing our views?

Worry is a waste of time. It doesn't make anything happen or not happen. I am telling you this and myself as well. Yes it is a good thing to express your feelings. However, you must do so carefully as not to hurt others feelings. If you feel angry about something say to that person. I feel angry when you said blank. Never say to them that they made you angry. This is not true. Our feelings are our own and nobody controls them. As far as waiting in line and getting annoyed I'm sorry for those people.Yes it is aggravating to wait in line. However, there are things that happen that are out of our control. How we react to those things are very much in our control. We can choose to be angry about it or we can wait and be tolerant that the clerk is doing the best he or she can do at this time. The choice is always ours.

I agree with you totally. But in reality this will never happen. Some people just don't know how to open up...Im not the best at it either. If this is the way that people deal with their problems and anxieties then just let them be...it'll cause much more upset by trying to make someone do something they don't feel comfotbale doing.

Talking things out is the answer. Its a relief just getting things off your mind. Some people though worry needlessly over everything.
