How about names with the same origin?
for example:
Joseph and Sophia (Sophia being a feminine derivative of Joseph)
Andrew and Andrea

Or names with same meaning? There are lots of great baby name websites where you can pop in the meaning of a name and get a list back...

If you want to do the "same letter" thing:
Claire Sabrina
Candace Marie
Michael Philip
Mitchell Owen
Gregory Scott
Gabrielle Lily

If you don't:
Hayden Christopher
Madelyn Anne

Tyler Andrew
Danielle Monique

Congrats and good luck!
NOTE: My cousins are twins and their names are Brenna and Margo, both girls. I know a set of fraternal twins named Ashleigh and Nicholas. I also know two boys named Scott and David, and another set of boys John and Johnathon.

If had twin girls, I would probably name them Katherine Rose (Kate, Katie) and Kristina Carol (Kristy, Krissy) The first names
for my grandmothers and the middle names for their
grandmothers. But if they were born around Christmas I would call them Holly Joy and Ivy Noelle!

Twin boys Would be Matthew Charles and Lucas Paul, for their Daddy and uncles

Girl/ boy twins would be Matthew Charles and Martha Rose.

I won't be having any more children, so I would be honored if you condider these suggestions.

Well, if I were you, I would choose 2 names that rhyme such as Tracy and Stacy. Or you could choose some names that begin with the same letter such as Rachel and Ryan. There is also the option of just choosing 2 names like Charlie and David. Good luck!!

What heritage?

Maybe you could name them to be very much individuals

like Jasmine and Cassidy for girls and..

Ian and Seth for boys....
Whatever two names you like. They don't need to be rhyming or start with the same letter just because they were born at the same time. Just ask Mary Kate and Ashley.

It depends on if they are boys, girls or a combo~ My twins are Ryan and Jorden.I would highly recommend that you remember they are individuals and may later resent the rhyming name thing, especially when people keep mixing them up, it can be very hard on their ego.
