There are some sad people on here, they go under the name of "Trolls" and just report questions/answers because they have nothing else to do, Julia is one such person, so watch out, if she's ever on here, just be careful!
Anyway, if you share a cigarette with someone, its hard to tell if you get a cold!

Yes you can, the cold germ lives in water as well as the air if it is in your friends saliva you will catch it, however, the cold virus has a two week incubation period so don't expect to catch it straight away.

you shouldnt have got reported for that but as for your question...cigarette butts will have your friends saliva on it...saliva carries the germs...so as you put it into your mouth you can quite easily catch the cold
