Do you mean to ask 'Is BJP a secular party?' Yes, in the true sense of the term! They want Indianisation of the entire population of the country - Hindus, Muslims, Christians, and so on!

s. definitely it is a secular party. In India all parties are speaking secularism but in practice an emphatic "NO". But BJP speaks and acts as a secular party and they are very much concerned INDIA rather than their political future

No. The BJP party mainly consists of radicals. Remember, that during the Hindu Muslim riots, the police did nothing to stop it. The same was seen during the destruction of the 16th century Ayodha Mosque.
