Whichever way works best for you.
Feeding at the same time saves you time, obviously.
Feeding separately may make positioning easier.
Feeding at the same time gives the children bonding time.
Feeding seperately gives mom and one baby one-on-one time.
ETA:
And you don't have to worry about assigning breasts so that "their breast is ready to accomidate their own personal milk consumption amount." Breastmilk is made on demand at the time that the baby asks to nurse, not ahead of time. It's kind of like being a short order cook. :-)

However you want. At home, its easy to just prop one child on either side (double football hold) and nurse. Out and about, you might have to take turns. Just assign each child a breast. That way whenever they are hungry, their breast is ready to accomidate their own personal milk consumption amount.
