the company is rashiperipherals tech. it has come for 5yrs now getting stucked everytime. i cleaned the rollers inside the mouse chamber still sometimes i have to take it upp and down and push toweards left right. whatto do

if your having that many problems just get a new mouse they are very cheap

Make sure you use good mousepad that is free of lints. Dirty mouse pads can attract lot of lint into the rollers. If you have used the mouse for 5 years you got 100% life out of it. Looks like the spring that holds the tension within the mouse has become loose and wornout, as a result when you are dragging the mouse the cursor is not moving as quickly and at times sticking. The rollers inside are also wornout and are not moving or not in contact with the ball. Get another one with newer features that do not rely on mechanical movements. I like the one which detects the movement with the light and not the rollers and ball.

Some mice are still going after 10 years.
If mice are well known brands the last a lot longer than the new cheap ones (1 or 2 years)
I am a PC tech and cheap new mice sometimes do not work out of the box.

You will get 3 to 5 years from any mouse. The moving parts just give out. Just go a new mouse.

you are like most people they expect things to last for ever . when you cleaned it you could have damaged the rollers inside , get one of the new optical ones . and you will never get a roller one again . failing that buy a new roller one do not used it and it will last you for ever
