you can ask to meet your spirit in your dreams..it may take a while of you asking before the spirit will meet with you but it does happen often. You just have to keep asking before you go to sleep that could you please meet with your guide...you might not realize right at the moment that that is who your guide is but it will become apparent to you when the need is be....only you know what your strength is...you have to look inside yourself for thatand see what you are willing to explore and what you are willing to believe in....you can also ask your guide for clarification of what it is they are trying to get you to learn..what life lesson...well good luck and happy dreaming

We all have spiritual helpers. They're not ghosts. Ghosts can only hassle you.
I've fought spirits in the spirit world! Maybe you are a warrior spirit from a higher plane, come to help fight against evil at this time?

Thats a warming feeling to know. Ask questions then sit quietly and wait for the answers. Pass no judgement and listen only to the first responce, anything after that is your mind making assessments. Be patient, answers come when they are required.

I think it is better for you not to believe such superstitions, and not to contemplate them. These things are like a whirlpool that slowly, and peacefully get hold of you and won't let go. So it would be better from the start to avoid such people who are abusing your innocence, and trust. Believe me I speak from experience.
