Cats do not have nine lives. Cats are very agile and do not get hurt easily. Their legs are specially created to absorb the shock of falling. Another reason for this is that once a cat fell out of an apartment building three stories high and survived. Everyone was like: "Wow, your cat must have nine lives if he survived that!" So no, it is not true. Don't believe everything you hear. It's just an old wives tale.
