The morning-after pill should not affect the result of a pregnancy test. At such a point (assuming the pregnancy was terminated), the hcg levels are below the detection limit of any home test.

A urine pregnancy test will give reliable results when a woman's period has been missed. Some tests claim to give results a week beforehand, but only a positive result should be taken seriously in said case. Negative results could simply mean there is not enough of the hormone in the urine yet. Use first morning urine for best results.

Please don't listen to anyone who says don't do it or do it. You listen to yourself and do what YOU want okay?

ALSO, the morning after pill DOES NOT KILL BABIES. It prevents fertilisation from happening by thickening the mucus in the womb and thinning the lining preventing implantation in the first place.

Okay, yes the hormones in the morning after pill will affect a pregnancy test. You can take one the day your next period is due.
However, if you take the pill, you may have a period alot sooner.

You MUST take it within 72 hours for it to be effective, the sooner the higher the chance of no pregnancy. Go to your chemists, they will sell it to you for twenty pounds after asking you a few questions(in private), or ring your GP and get an emergency appointment, explain to the receptionaist that you need the morning after pill and they must fit you in.

And don't do it again okay? It's perfectly safe to use the pill, but if you are having unprotected sex you are leaving yourself open to all kinds of health issues.

Good luck

a pregnancy test should be taken a week after a period is missed, the morning after pill can be taken up to 72 hours after you had sex but not after that. if you are concerned about any of it go to your local family planning. the morning after pill will make everything come away so that it will be like a period and so it would make it so that the girl wouldn't be pregnant any more so yes it would affect the result .

at least 16 days after you had sex. Also, a pregnancy test should be taken 1 day before your next period is due. Taking the morning after pill, by the way, will not kill a baby, but it should stop a barely fertilized egg from continuing.

To take the pregnancy test you have to wait until shes close to having her next period.
Only take the morning after pill within 3 days after having the unprotected sex. It wont stop her from being pregnant if you take it after then, and also I dont know if this part is true but it can make her sick or if she actually pregnant hurt the baby but wont kill it.
