This far along, it's most likely Braxton-Hicks contractions. Do they feel like an irregular tightening across the front of your stomach? That's BH. If they feel like menstral cramps and you get more than 4 in an hour, it could be a sign of preterm labor--in this case you should contact your doctor immediately.

if it is menstral like cramping in your lower abidomen, you need to watch out because they can be a sign of pre-term labor. When it happens, empty your bladder, drink some water, then lie down on your side for 30-60 minutes. If they don't go away, and you have more than 4 an hour, need to tell your doctor, or go to labor & delivery to get checked.

If you are having four or more contraction like cramps, or tightening of the stomach in one hour, it could be preterm labor. You need to call you doctor or midwife and tell them your symptoms. Also, make sure you are drinking LOTS of water. Dehydration can cause contractions.

Probably Braxton-hicks contractions. Normal but if they continue steadily I'd call your Dr. You could go into preterm labor anytime

Totally. It's probably Braxton-Hicks contractions. They are just your uterus practicing for the Big Day! :) If they last for a long time, become regularly spaced or become increasingly painful, call your doctor immediately.

Also, if you have any leaking of fluids, call your doctor.

Totally, it is your ligaments and sometimes pre-labor pains preparing your body for delivery. Just remember EPIDURIAL!!
