My question is although you may be pregnat can the pills actually bring on some sort of blood that creates the effect of your menstrual? Or will it affect the baby? Does taking the pills while pregnant or in early pregnanvy give you your menstrual affect?

I've heard of this happening. There was a case here in Australia just a year or two ago of a woman who wasn't aware she was pregnant and continued taking the pill throughout the entire pregnancy, and had what she thought was a period every month. She and her partner had a healthy and happy baby.
Of course it's not optimal to take the pill while you're pregnant, as it messes with hormones, but I don't think it's life threatening or anything.
Naturally the best thing to do is discuss it with a doctor.
Good luck, hon

every one is different some people it will and others it wont it is not a good idea to continue taking birth control if you know you are pregnant as it has not been fully researched on the long term effects that taking birth control may cause but there are known side effects like enlarged genitals on the baby when it is born some female babies have been known to menstruate a little bit after birth and have swollen breast some with milk but this has also occurred in babies who's mother did not take the pill at all before conception but instances are higher among the mothers who were on birth control it is due to the high levels of hormones in the pill not so good for a developing foetus hope this answers some of your questions if u think u r pregnant see a doctor
