every city almost in the world has a community with in there major cities and if you know anyone form there is can be quite fun
but the best thing you can do it go to any day spa or resort and be your self be pammered as a female you are get the works and relax it might be a good idea to tell the staff before you go as they may have some giude lines for you to follow
i am not for the USA but it the way to go almost any where in the world

Ah, the ignorance of those like Doris! Lovely to see, as always.
I think anywhere that would make you happy. Hawaii would be lovely. How about Africa? I have always wanted to go but considering my finances and the political turmoil in many of the countries it isn't feasible - but neither is Boston, and I live in MA. =)
The Pacific islands often have very open, accepting communities. Colorado, if you like the colder weather. Whatever you decide, enjoy!

provincetown mass, it's a gay mecca, very welcoming and open. it's right on the ocean and it's beautiful and charming. i love it!
