I'm 38, single for 4 years, 3 kids and would like to meet new people in my area (not dating sites etc...) Although I seem to attract plenty of attention (that's not meant to sound as though I'm up my own a*se, honest!), I'm fed up of bars and clubs because the people I've met seem to be just out for a one-night-stand .......usually married and/or p*ssed!!! It's getting a bit tedious now to say the least!!
I'm not desperate for a 'boyfriend' but would like to meet genuine, nice people.
Does anyone know of any walking clubs, dining clubs etc in the northwest area specifically for single people?
Serious answers please.....

You could always try typing in on Google "North West Walking Clubs" or visit www.walkingconnections.co.uk and see if there are any people on there from the North West. I am from the north west myself, from Crewe, there should be plenty of walking paths for you to explore with youur new friends.

Alternatively you can always find new friends on myspace.com, uts a great way to meet new people from all over the world, i am new to it myself and if you already have an account, then check me out at www.myspace.com/allhailcraig.

Hope it all works out ok for you in the end!
