you remember the construction site map.. well i just entered it, killed some cleaners and climbed up a staircase.. but am faced with an empty room and two non functional elevators.. can't find any place to go.. please help..

I think ur doing ur job while mona is directing you .If u r inside the construction site after killing there will be a door nearby u can get through the next floor...
if ur in your room where after killing 2 or3 cleaners u can find a window near the room so that u can use that to escape ...but be care ful while jumping out of window....
