How or where can I download an American version of the Spyware Doctor? All I could find are the Japanese version of it. Its frustrating enough to have my laptop infected with a spyware, and now I can't even download a decent antispyware to get rid of it.

I have already got spybot which identified the spyware but unable to get rid of it. Additionally, I also got Ad-Aware, Spy Sweeper, and Windows Defender. None of these seem to help!

Seems to me like the Internet is invaded by Aliens, not from outer space or from South of the borders, but from Japan. I tried to download it from various sites but still only got the Japanese version of it.

Honestly it sounds like it's time to backup your data, format your hard drive, and reinstall Windows. If Spybot, Ad-Aware,and Microsoft Defender cannot remove whatever spyware is on your system (which you really ought to have specified if you wanted a good answer) then nothing can.
Once you have formatted and reinstalled Windows, excellent advice can be found in the article Ten Tips to Preventing Spyware and Spam at http://policedownload.net/report/spyware
Their ten tips:
1. Install Firefox
2. Install Anti-Virus Software
3. Use Anti-Spyware Software Regularly
4. Don't Use Microsoft Outlook
5. Install McAfee SiteAdvisor
6. Use Bugmenot to login to websites
7. Avoid free giveaways and contests
8. Enable Windows Firewall and Automatic Updates
9. Use gaim or Trillian for instant messaging
10. Use Soulseek and uTorrent for file sharing

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

Sounds like what you really need to do is to run SpyBot Search & Destroy - and you should download AdAware as well - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_spyware.html - then restart your computer in Safe Mode - how to do that here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_start_in_safe_mode.html
Also, this might be helpful - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_remove_spyware.html
More free anti-spyware software here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_spyware.html
I hope this helps!
