I got a fake ipod shuffle from eBay, even Paypal has recovered the money I paid to the seller, the fake stuff is still mine, because the seller is no longer a eBayer, and I do not need to return it.

So can I sell it on eBay by stating it is a fake one? Or anybody can give me more good ideas to process it.

Thanks

how do you know it's fake? I dont' think it would be fair to keep it, you got your money back you SHOULD return it to the seller, that's the right thing to do. Ebay will remove you're listing it you advertize it as an ipod if it is not. If it truly isn't an ipod you can NOT mention it AT ALL in your lisitng you could advertize it as an mp3 player though.

The best way to know is take it to an apple store, I've seen a lot of problems with the shuffles, and people assume they are fake if they don't work. Apple does have a lot of itunes problem and that does not mean it's the shuffles problem though they often pretend there's nothign worng with itunes. They are constantly updating it and EVERY tiem they do it messes up my shuffle even the BRAND NEW one I got at the Apple store as a replacement fo the one I only used for two weeks before it started messing up.

If it's a Luxpro Super Tangent (used to be called the Luxpro Super Shuffle), then you should keep it. It's *even better* than the iPod Shuffle.

Why not put it on Ebay, descibed as a 'MP3 player' similar design to Ipod Shuffle. Then you are not mis-describing it? Include a picture and let the buyer decide.

retail shops.. those that are authorized sellers of Apple yet are overshadowed with the help of the bigger shops so as that they have got a tendency to sell their products extra value-effective.. seek for those varieties..
