Teaching and nursing are both careers where you can work in lots of countries around the world. There are fantastic nursing opportunities but you have to be committed to it because the pay is pitiful everywhere and well below what is deserved. Teaching in international schools can take you almost anywhere you want to go, or if you're not sure do TESOL or CELTA training for one month and teach English as a foreign language.

One career that comes immediately to mind is medical sales where you represent a company that produces medical products and pharmaceutical goods that need to be sold to far reaching clients in different destinations.
Another is the world health organisation, where if you hold a particular position dependent upon indepth medical or human science knowledge you get posted to different countries non dependant upon developed nor non developed nation status, so you can travel the world and work in scientific/management based roles in different locations from time to time. Imperial College part of the University of London is good for science and now management mixed courses, remember that purely science courses with no management or other organisation based subject is probably not enough to get into large non governmental or large international governmental organisations that are based around the world and allow its members to travel and be versed in science related career paths.

I picked 3: 3. Invisibility - You tend to be shy, or an extremely prepared observer. Or the two. you prefer to appreciate each thing that is going on around you. occupation clue: some good careers for observers, a author, artist, or private investigator. Sounds good to me, different than i'm not shy
