Apart from ManU or not. The best in the EPL is always Chelsea. As long as Chelsea holds on to Ballack, Terry, Shevchenko, Lampard, Drogba, Cole(both), Makélélé, Essien, Carvalho, Ferreira, Veron(2007), and the best Argentine striker-Crespo(2008), Chelsea will always be the best team available.
Rock on Chelsea, prove that U R better than ManUtd., and take the first position in the EPL.

" Chelsea and Liverpool " are the best club.
Chelsea ,because they have negotiate excellent and experienced players from different clubs.So, we can say that Chelsea is a richest club of EPL.
Liverpool , because in this club many youngster played. So, there confidence level is very high and after some they will have superb players .
