You can get information through www.weightwatchers.com and http://www.nwcr.ws/ which is the national weight control registry for people who have lost a lot of weight and kept it off.
Monitor your weight regularly, like once a week, and go back to your diet if you go up more than two pounds.
Eat normally and healthfully, exercise regularly, drink lots of water. Be aware of when you get in trouble, such as if certain foods or moods trigger an eating binge. Maintenance can be difficult, so just stay aware.
Congratulations and good luck!

Just continue to eat a healthy diet, maintain exercise levels and monitor your weight. Weekly at first, and then as you become more comfortable with your mintainance 2 weekly...until you are only weighting about once every 2 months.
Dont over stress about the calories in everything. You know what is good and what is bad...just go careful with the bad...lol...;

Exercise will help, and yes just eat healthy, not a lot of junk. Some people can eat some things and blow up while others dont bother them. Like me I can eat sweets no problem but if I even look at bread I gain ten pounds. So avoid greasy things, sugary things, and such, you probably could get away with a cheat day, like on Sat. you eat what you want. But exercise is definitely key.

Just do not slip back into the old ways that made you gain weight in the first place.

Moderation in everything but a bit of what you fancy does you good.

If you have a bad day do not despair, go back to the diet for a few days to get back on track.

Well done you

This person is not trying to lose weight, they are trying to maintain their weight. Continue eating right and exercising, but you don't have to be as fanatic about calories as you were before. To lose weight, you had to burn off *more* calories than you took in. Now, you want to burn off as many calories as you take in (beak even).
