Torrie was married to Billy Kidman last I heard
and before Torrie, Carlito had a on screen fling w/ Trish, but soon after that started Trish Anounced her real life Engagement and Plans to retire and start a family. so she was written out and Carlito moved on to Torrie
If they are not involved with others, and even if they are, an on screen romance can turn into the real thing, it has happened before
HHH/Steph began dating with their on-screen Vegas wedding, while he was involved w/ Chyna and she with Test
