With BMW you get what they say, It's truly free for 4 Years or 50,000 miles. The it covers most anything even some neglect. The best idea though when you buy your car is to ask for the platinum extended service warranty. I purchased a 2003 540i and ordered the extended plan and it truly is a real peace of mind. BMW will take care of you. Oh and being that you are a new BMW owner be sure to catch the free car washes every week its a great benefit that not many owners know about.

I have a 5 touring. The new 3 series coupe is well cool, but I'm married and must have a sensible car :)

The warranty is good. You should ask you local garage what they charge for services. Multiply by 4 and compare. I think you will find the warranty better. Read the small print though, as in the UK they exclude brake discs and a few other odd things from this warranty (probably due to idiots driving the cars round tracks at 150 mph).

Simple! Cuz it BEAMS in the streets, it stands out from ordinary car makes. By the way, Beamer and Bimmer refer to BMW cars, while Beemer refers to BMW motorcycles. The 3 words, Bimmer, Beemer, and Beamer DON't refer to Land Rover and Mini.

The free maintenance covers everything except for tire, wheels, and wheel alignments. Brake rotors, pads, windshield wiper, oil changes are included. It is by far the most comprehensive program in the industry, and promises to save 1500.00 or more over 3 years against it's competition.

Not only is this true, it can be extended for a fee to 100,000 miles. By extending approximately 35% is saved by prepaying. Further it is transferable to new owners.
