Cleanliness of ANY restaurant fast food or not is dependent on the management following the health laws set forth by the state and the corporation for which they work.
It is also dependent on the inspection process by both.
If the management does not take responsibility for keeping up to standards (or above) then there will be problems.
Hint: Look for the health department rating before you eat there. I won't if it's below 89.
Oh, you're talking about the FOOD cause you are a vegetarian. Well what are you doing at Micky D's anyway? All they have for you is salad and fries.

Depends on the restaurant. The one I worked at was so clean you could eat off the floor. It was new and we had strict managers.
I also like the concept McDonalds has of taking completely frozen meat and cooking it to done immediately. Places that offer burgers made from fresh, unfrozen meat have a tendency to leave it in places that are at room temperature or where too much oxygen gets into it- which breeds bacteria. NASTY

I don't see why McDonalds isn't clean. It sure isn't dirty. I've never seen dirt, dust, hair, etc on my burgers. You're probably using the wrong words here, cuz I'm sure you're looking for a way to make it sound unhealthy.

you can't generally say it's clean or dirty.
it really depends on the people managing the branches.
but overall it fairly clean to eat at mcdonalds.

Well when it comes to fast food restaurant, MacDonald's is the cleanest of all fast food restaurant because it has Less trans fat in it, but still nothing is clean until you have the trans fat not just zero, but no trans fat at all.

Iv'e never seen a dirty MacDonalds yet but I saw a filthy Hungry Jacks last week. Never go there again
