Nope because in essence they are one body!
To be honest from what I can gather about conjoined twins they are pretty close, especially with having shared organs, therefore unlikely to really happen. If it does I guess the same principle applies as when one person in relationship wants to do it when another doesn't sometimes you relent for the sake of peace and quiet and sometimes you stand your ground, so to speak!
