RAyquaza and groudon. They have more speed and attack than kyogre and better moves. RAyquaza learns hyper beam and outrage, Groudon fireblast,solarbeam and fissure. Kyogre has only one interresting attack and it is WAter sprout. Comparing types,rayquaza is the best,cuz its drago type makes it resistant to kyogres water attacks and its flying type makes it immune to kyogres ground type attacks, then Kyogre that is resistant to groudon's ground and fire attacks.

Groudon,as he can learn solarbeam and at least have a stand against Kyogre,but anyway i have them all in emerald and all of them are at level 90, i don't want to train them to 100 yet
