K, my bf and i live 1000 miles apart. when i go to see him i stay for like 1-3 months at a time. when i get back to where i live i hate it more and more. i just want to be with him. can this sort of separation cause some sort of emotional or mental problem? he's going to kuwait soon(military) so that's why i'm not just moving down there....it's not like as severe as depression, but maybe it's coming back. i had it when i was 17......so like what's the deal? we're getting married WHEN he gets back from kuwait....so it's not like we're gonna break up so that's not what i'm freaking out about. what you think it is?

Being far away from each other is always a problem and yes,it causes emotional problems. Should I understand that you don't know exactly WHEN he will be back from Kuwait? Because after you'll marry him you'll be a really happy woman and all this emotional issues will end. I think you're tired of waiting.

Kind of weird, You said you started when you had 17? How old are you now? I don't know, from my point of view if you 2 have been doing it like this and you've been involved for more than 3 years I believe is time for the next level, perhaps if he's going to Kuwait, the environment over there isn't as hard as in Iraq, I've arrived 5 months ago, but war is an unpredictable, anything can happen, but, Why he doesn't go leaving you with the rank of wife? Like that he'll be more considered in the forces and because he loves you very much, in the case that something mat occurs, you'll be treated with all the honors given to the soldier's wife. He hadn't sign in yet, Hadn't him? Why don't you seat down and talk to him straight up, before he goes with MEPS.
