how do i graph this ellipse: 4x^2 + 16y^2 = 1?

4x^2 + 16y^2 = 1

Rewrite this as:

x^2/(1/4) + y^2/(1/16) = 1

So a^2 = 1/4 and b^2 = 1/16

This should help you see what your major and minor axes are.
