Let me give a small bio of my sex history. Frankly, I've masturbated since I was probably 7 (seriously). And it's always been to women. I first exposure to women were in music videos and looking down decent looking teachers blouses. From then, I likely graduated to porn like Playboy at either 12 or 13. I'm 21 now and seem to have doubts about my sexuality lately. I have a best friend whom I hang out with every weekend, among other people occasionally. But I always get this fear that people in public places think we're gay. We don't hold hands, we don't lock eyes. Nothing! I've even overheard "close" friends gossip behind my back about either me or him being gay. It seems to be mainly about me. I've almost forced mental images of gay sex just to test my own sexuality, even with me and him on occasion. Everytime I'm either disgusted with it or don't even care where it doesn't even bother me. But I'm never turned on. I am not particularly homophoic either. Am I gay? What could I be doing?

From what you say, either you are not gay, or you have so strong subconscious guilts on your homosexuality that you are disgusted with your "forced fantasies". I suggest to discuss it with your friend and if he agrees to experiment together. Avoid penetration and try only oral sex. After coming, and only then, you'd have your answer

Does it matter? I mean if you are fine but it sounds like you are a straight man unless you are a woman then yes you are gay if a woman had these feelings- Don't consintrate on sex but on finding someone you really enjoy spending time with- the rest will fall into place when the time is right!

When two guys are good bros. people say that kind of crap - mostly because they are jealous of a good close guy to guy relationship that ISN'T gay!
They are RARE, and when they are between two guys that don't eat nails and work construction for a living are misunderstood.
Enjoy hanging out with your bro and keep admiring women and don't worry about what people think. Some day, in your old age yer gonna have a good bud you can hang out with at a barber shop or on a porch and these other losers are gonna be dying sad, lonely lives.

I kind of doubt you are gay. Most people have a friend that they hang out with and do stuff with. Just because you don't fall into societies pretty picture of dating a women, falling madly in love, and getting married immediately, doesn't mean your gay.
And they will probably be divorced in five years anyways.

I don't think you're gay if you're not turned on. Guys can be close buddies - I don't see any problem with it. If your best friend doesn't have a problem with hanging out every weekend and people like to talk, let 'em. It's really none of their business anyway.

Sounds like you're straight, just paranoid. Maybe you are falling in love with your friend? That sometimes happens and it's really a normal thing. Taking it another step and making it something romantic or sexual would mean you are leaving the realm of heterosexuality.

Because you are with him.people assume that you are gay.
If you are not attracted to him at all,i seriously doubt that you are.
You never had any fantasy about you being with a guy and what happens if you do?
