I already wear a sparkly champagne shadow on my lids, dark brown in the crease, cat-eyeliner and mascara. How do I get the effect without so much make-up?

lift your top eye lid and apply eyeliner right under your eyelashes on the lid's rim. Also, use eyeshadow colors that blend well with your skin, like light browns, nudes, possibly grays. Just using eyeshadow to cover blemishes and smooth out skin textures will make your eyes look much brighter and bigger.
Oh I also suggest not wearing makeup on the lips or cheeks too bright and like BAM, WOW,HI! This draws attention away from everything else, including a person's eyes.

put a light eyeshadow shade on the lid like cream, light pink, beige, white then at the top of that, just below the brows put a darker similar shade. After that, bat your lower lashes with mascara that can elogate lashes. For the upper lash, be sure to curl it before using a mascara. My suggestion is to use a pre-heated stainless curler.
Dont forget to pluck your eyebrows. Shape it according to your face.

White liner may sound odd, but it really opens up the eye. You can also try putting it on the inside corner of both your upper and your lower lids.Curl you lashes and add brown mascara looks long and natural if you want. Also if you want a dark eyeliner can help as well halfway through the eye or entirely. hope it works!!

Many celebrities apply a small amount of white eyeshadow or white eyeliner to the inner corner of the eye. It makes the eye "pop" more, which can cause it to look bigger.

curl your eye lashes but don't do it with a curler it breaks off ur lashes. either use ur finger or try a spoon. I have heard it works great i have not tried that yet though. or u can use eye liner just above the lashes. it makes everything look so much nicer.

um try using only a tiny bit of eye liner on the inside of the eyelashes
and dont use too much eyeshadoow

If you want your eyes to look BIGGER, yet NATURAL, then I suggest, STOP using the excessive makeup that you presently use............... (you dont seem satisfied with it anyways..... ;-) ) and use ONLY "Indian KAAJAL" (preferably home-made, or a good brand) Its good for your eyes too, improves your eye-sight, and your eyes will look REALLY beautiful!!!!!!!! After all, "SIMPLE IS BEAUTIFUL", lady!!!!! :-)

wear an "Indian kajal" its homemade, makes your eyes look really beautiful, doesnt affect your skin andyour eyes look really beautifully big and large
